Alphabet District Apartments

Situated in a prime walk-able neighborhood, this 15-unit apartment building balances a need for increased density with rigorous historic design regulations. The building offers a mixture of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Currently in permitting. Collaboration with Osterman Design.

Corvallis Student Housing

Challenging physical conditions coupled with a rigorous historic overlay on this oddly-shaped parcel meant the land sat vacant for years. Working with Osterman Design, an innovative design maximized space, and therefore density, while responding to the historic fabric of the neighborhood.
